Neha Sharma: My professional life has been most impacted by Indra Nooyi and my favorite quote by her is "When you assume negative intent, you’re angry. If you take away that anger and assume positive intent, you will be amazed." Follow up quote by Indra – “"Whatever anybody says or does, assume positive intent. You will be amazed at how your whole approach to a person or problem becomes very different." This quote has always helped me in solving a problem with a positive intent rather focusing on why me or why is this happening. When we have a positive intent, we do better for the world, our community, our family, and ourselves. It’s a big concept but at the same time can be very granule. ??Here’s to you Neha and Indra! Her success enabled her to become a generous benefactor, supporting healthcare organizations dedicated to rare disease research. Beyond her professional achievements, she was a world traveler, a legendary hostess, and a devoted friend. At Blu Omega, I am privileged to serve healthcare agencies every day, carrying forward Aunt Barb’s passion and drive in everything I do.” ??Here’s to you Megan and Barb! First up: Eileen Tomchick “The woman who has influenced me the most is my baby sister, Madeline Tomchick (She/Her/Hers) Runco. Although I still see her as my little sister, when we’re out together, people often mistake us for twins—lol! From a young age, she has been a source of inspiration, facing life’s challenges with grace and determination. Her accomplishments never cease to amaze me. Not only has she earned her bachelor’s degree, but she also managed to complete two master’s degrees—all while raising two young boys.?As a congenital heart disease survivor, she turns personal challenges into a powerful platform for advocacy working with the Children's Heart Foundation to support others facing similar battles. She has been my greatest cheerleader and strongest supporter, encouraging me to pursue my bachelor’s degree and always pushing me to reach for the stars. Madeline is a true inspiration for me, proving that no dream is too big or too small to achieve!?I am incredibly proud of all that she has accomplished, and I feel so blessed to have her as my sister.” Here’s to you Eileen & Madeline!
