A look back at one of our favorite projects, the remodel of a classic estate in Woodway! The owners chose the Blox team to complete a substantial remodel to their home. Originally designed by William J. Bain (one of the founding architects in what would become NBBJ), this home was constructed in 1940 and was added onto multiple times over the years. Blox completed a total home renovation, including new windows, reconfiguration of interior rooms, and all new interior finishes. Project design by Soleil by Design and Condon-Jacobsen Design Group. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and possess excellent communication skills to build long-term business relationships and expand our project portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution: Understand the target market, competitor landscape, and current trends to identify opportunities for innovative marketing approaches. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on all marketing investments and campaigns. Brand Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen Blox Construction’s position and reputation in the industry. Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and project leads through networking, outreach, industry events, innovative marketing and advertising campaigns. Partnerships & Client Relationships: Establish strategic partnerships with industry influencers to enhance brand credibility. Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients and industry partners through strategic marketing efforts. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with key industry professionals.
