Infinite Hacker House: Co-Hosted a Hacker House with College DAO, Blockchain Acceleration Foundation (BAF), Eigen Labs, and Layer ?? Two Co-Hosted event with Stanford Blockchain Club, Binance Labs, and Coinbase ?? ?? This past weekend me and my boy Sanjay Amirthraj caught a dub at not one but TWO of the biggest hackathons in the United States - Calhacks (University of California, Berkeley, $150k total prizes) and Ethereum Foundation Global SF ($400k total prizes). ???? This was probably the most fun and exhausting weekend i've had. Me and Sanjay grinded out 'Build Blocks' for damn near 30 hours, with MAYBE 2 hours of total sleep. We decided to submit to both Calhacks and Eth SF, which meant that we had to split up to present solo at both events. But of course, we clutched up, and snagged top prizes at both hacks ?? . ?? We won 1st place and 3000USD at the Ripple track, by building 'Build Blocks' a drag and drop platform to develop, compile, and deploy audited smart contracts - with the goal of making web3 more accessible and understandable. ?? Not to mention we were named Finalists (Top 10 teams) out of over 250+ participating teams (Top 4%) in the Ethereum Global SF hackathon, as well as getting 2nd at the Rootstock (RootstockLabs) track (s/o Lancen LaChance) - all earning us another 3000USD in cash and prizes (s/o Ledger for the free ledger). ??? Massive shoutout to all the people i hacked with at ETH SF from Ravi R. and Rohan Patra, who built with the AI Wearable Omi AI (s/o Nik Shevchenko) and Coinbase's Agent SDK to enable the transfer of funds using just voice (also were named finalists). We were in the trenches on the same table, barely saw them sleep either. All the new Blockchain at Berkeley members who went - Aman Shah, kelly zeng, Elson Liu, Olivia, Varun Vaidya, Deep, Romain, and Sarah Mou (+ Isaac Oh) also managed to win over $4000!!! ?? Ezra Tramble, Tanay Appannagari, Shrithan Sandadi, Nicholas Qasawadish could have also swept but deemed Cal parents weekend was more important ???. This was truly an incredible weekend. ?? Also Paradigm, a16z crypto, Coinbase, Volt Capital, Variant, Charge Ventures, Pantera Capital, Digital Currency Group, Blockchain Capital, Polychain Capital, Binance Labs, Framework Ventures - just lyk we're out here.
