He thrives in the fast-paced environment, tackling new challenges daily and finding satisfaction in the sense of accomplishment when closing a job, knowing the hard work that went into it.? Lunzell’s extensive experience spans multi-family residences and large-scale project management. Throughout his career, he has developed a range of valuable skills, including managing subcontractors, keeping projects on schedule, and utilizing software like Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel to streamline processes. After earning his bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Louisiana Monroe, Paul gained valuable industry experience through a summer internship with a general contractor in Huntsville, Alabama. This hands-on experience paved the way for his successful transition to Block Companies in early 2023, where he worked on our ???????????? ?????????? development. Paul is currently working on our ?????????????? ???? ???????? project. Paul’s passion for construction stems from its dynamic nature – he thrives on the variety and challenges that come with each new project.
