Considering the initial devastation that surrounded us, we are grateful to have fared well.? Relief efforts took around a week to restore our site to normal working condition, and two weeks to return to full crew capacity. We were blessed to have our water meter installed by the city on October 17th, and framing began the following Monday!? Our hearts go out to those still facing hardships in the storm’s aftermath. After being paralyzed in a horrific accident on her 23rd birthday, Diamond found a home for herself at The Reserve at Joor. For her, this space is more than just a home – it’s a sanctuary where she can live independently.? As a wheelchair user himself, developer Tom Delahaye, with CST Multifamily Group, ensured that The Reserve at Joor’s ADA-compliant apartments exceeded expectations, providing every necessary feature for residents like Diamond to thrive.?
