No one ever said the construction process was quick and easy, but a timelapse sure makes it look like it could be! Plenty of progress being made at 768 Elm Street in Concord on this project for Crosspoint Associates. Footing, foundation, waterproofing and insulation are completed. Work is now underway on site pad backfilling and drainage and sewer systems.
