Aura North Miami Beach is taking shape with unique architectural elements, including its distinctive slanted columns, which give the building both a modern aesthetic and structural integrity. As the structural engineers on the project, we’re proud to support this innovative design. The development will feature 375 residential units, 17,000 SF of retail space, and 567 parking spaces, offering a vibrant mix of living and commercial amenities. These slanted columns not only enhance the visual appeal but also reflect the forward-thinking nature of the entire project. Stay tuned for updates as construction progresses! Exciting progress is happening at our Frenchman’s Creek Clubhouse project! The two-story, 125,000 SF building is taking shape, with precast joists framing the second story and parts of the roof. The composite beams span 60ft and 80ft at the left and right ballrooms, respectively. Four clerestory structures, designed with steel-framed hips and perimeter tension rings, open to the spaces below, creating a stunning architectural feature. With the structure complete, Frenchmen's Creek is on track for a late Spring 2025 opening. Stay tuned for more updates as this project moves forward!

We're excited to announce the grand opening of the new Athletic Center, Woolworth Family Executive Offices, and Parking Garage at Gulliver Preparatory School’s Upper School Campus! Opa-locka’s historic Company Administration Building, known for its iconic Arabian-style minarets and pink domes, is set to reopen by mid-fall as a cultural and community center. This will be its first time serving the public in this capacity since 1940.
