Deborah’s story is nothing short of a miracle. Diagnosed with a brain tumor at just 8 years old, she endured years of pain, countless manic episodes, and unimaginable challenges. Today, at 14, Deborah stands as a beacon of hope, a young girl who defied the odds and beat the tumor that once overshadowed her childhood. At BCF, Deborah found more than nutrition and accommodation, she found a family that wrapped her in love, strength, and support. Now as her laughter fills our spaces, we are reminded why we do what we do. Every small act of kindness, every donation, hug, meal, and encouraging word plays a part in rewriting these stories of hope. Thank you to everyone who supports our mission.
