Entrepreneur Spotlight. Meet CEO Morgan Williams, CTO Christopher Pawlukiewicz, and CGO Lindsey England. This team is the magic behind Blendyd Studios, the premiere AI recruiting tool in the trucking industry.
I met Morgan months ago and realized there's a personal side to this story, and behind the scenes, she's not only building a business but honoring the legacy of her twin brother Cameron.
Cameron started the company in 2018 and was seeing early adoption and success. Morgan was a leader in an organization called Teach for America and had no plans of moving to Utah or joining her brothers company. However, Cameron passed away from a brain tumor in 2021, and all eyes, including the board, looked to Morgan to continue the business forward, which Morgan is doing in amazing ways.
Blendyd Studios is the perfect tool to support a historically low tech, high touch industry. The trucking industry is experiencing huge shortages in talent, and Blendyd Studios has the solution. Morgan and team are solving this problem with tech, specifically AI and the tools, to easily recruit and source talent seamlessly.
The beauty of the product is to prioritize top talent so companies can focus on what really matters. The intuitive suite of tools identifies top talent and streamlines communication. Utilize best in class HR recruiting facilitation in the palm of your hand, while also choosing the talent you want on your team. Too good to be true? That is what Blendyd Studios has created and its empowering talent and companies equally.
Morgan found herself in a position to step into something she initially knew little about, but she jumped in, applied her knowledge and skills, pursued an MBC at the University of Utah, and surrounded herself with expertise specific to the companies needs. That is what entrepreneurship requires, and she is my pick for the entrepreneur of the week. #riseandgrind #entrepreneurs #wintheday #historymakers Blendyd Studios Morgan Williams, M.Ed., MBC Christopher Pawlukiewicz Lindsey England, SPHR, MBA Candidate
