Speaking engagements can be an excellent way to advance your career, share news about your work and company, and make great connections. However, most speaking engagements are unpaid and don't cover travel, creating an obstacle for many diverse voices to take the leap and shine on stage. The Blended Pledge was created to solve this problem! We provide grants for diverse voices to cover travel to speaking engagements and panels all over North America. This year's event theme is "Shattering Glass Ceilings: A Woman's Impact on Supply Chain".
