Happy employees are respectful and don’t treat owners with attitude over the phone. ?? Happy employees are proactive and put in the effort to think critically. ?? Happy employees respond fast and go the extra mile for owners. This is what we mean by #retentionstartswithrelationships. Ultimately, a relationship is made up of many 1:1 interactions.
