The idea for the company was to allow employees and investors of Kalb Industries the opportunity to reinvest their earnings in the same market that we all work, live, and thrive in. Instead of trying to compete with rising labor costs and pass those cost down to our construction clients, BLAK Development enabled Kalb Industries to continue to offer competitive construction costs while also creating a buzz in the office and a sense of team and opportunity to our internal team.
