The Black United Fund of Oregon's 2024 Nonprofit Leadership Program (NPL) is in full swing!
Our NPL program accelerates the growth of BIPOC-led and -serving grassroots organizations through a $10,000 grant, peer learning opportunities, guest presenters, and one-on-one advising. Additionally, each participating organization has the opportunity to work closely?with our partners at?S2B Brand Hospital?to further strengthen their fundraising, marketing, and more.

We are thrilled to welcome these inspiring individuals to our Summer 2024 Cohort. They join us in our mission to help 1,000 nonprofits become E.P.I.C. (Ethical, Profitable, Informative and Customized), while adding at least another $10K in unrestricted funds in the next year.
This cohort is brought to you in partnership with the Nonprofit Leadership Program, presented by the Brand Hospital in collaboration with the Black United Fund of Oregon. This program is designed to accelerate the growth, stability, and success of Oregon’s BIPOC- and women-led grassroots nonprofits.
With a focus on returning the community to community-based organizations, the Nonprofit Leadership Program strives to create the next generation of change-makers in Oregon philanthropy.
