Blackstone Valley Prep (BVP) is an intentionally diverse network of tuition-free public schools chartered by the Rhode Island Department of Education. BVP offers a high-quality public school choice to the families of Central Falls, Cumberland, Lincoln, and Pawtucket, and currently serves 2,300 scholars, ages 5-22, across six schools. A member of the Rhode Island Mayoral Academies network, BVP’s mission is to prepare every scholar to achieve their goals for college and the world beyond.

We know school meals are a critical component of student performance, which makes this recent update so exciting! ?? As of yesterday, all BVP scholars will receive all school meals (breakfast and lunch) ???????? ???? ???????????? thanks to BVP’s participation in the Community Eligibility Provision, a meal service option that allows eligible schools to serve meals at no cost to all enrolled students without the burden of collecting household applications.
