As we continue to struggle across the US to maintain an adequate supply of homes people can afford, it is important not only to create homeownership opportunities but to also help individuals and families in low- and moderate-income communities comfortably maintain ownership of their homes. And so the 2025?@TDCharitableFoundation?Housing?for Everyone grant program is focusing on home ownership stabilization. $7.2 million?total in grants?will be awarded?to?eligible?nonprofits?focused?on?providing?resources?to those struggling to maintain their homes, including but?not limited to post-purchase support, energy efficiency improvements and property tax relief programs.
