We just wrapped up our BWI Leadership Retreat in Belize! Every year, our leaders take an international trip to connect, plan, reset, and enjoy. This year, we brought the team to Belize, where they stayed at a luxury home, went on a cave tubing excursion, basked in the sun (while everyone else was snowed in) and ate some bomb Caribbean food!
