Leasella Bongiovanni, CSM?, known as Lea by her peers and colleagues, is a motivated, solution-oriented, personable project management professional with more than 8+ years experience driving transformative changs in PMOs, specializing in governance, reporting, and process optimization. From standing up PMOs to implementing Smartsheet solutions and orchestrating data migrations for CRM and ERP systems. Well-versed in project management methodologies, business optimization and process improvement in program management and PMOs, organizational change management, project planning, budget and resource management. Her journey into project management began at the?Project Management Institute (PMI), the world’s leading authority for project management professionals. Lea's work style is driven by research and data, with a focus on managing her project schedule. She thrives in open, transparent communication environments and prefers working collaboratively with clients and project teams. Lea earned her BS in Social Policy and Planning from the University of Connecticut in 1994. Go Huskies! Currently, she is preparing to take the PMP exam, scheduled for Q1 2024.
