Over the weekend, the Board of Directors were hard at work reviewing beneficiary applications and selected the 2025 Beneficiaries. We are excited to share our list of beneficiaries! In honor of Black History Month, we proudly congratulate our 2022 Black Tie Dinner Media Award Honoree, Colman Domingo, on his Oscar nomination for Best Actor in Sing Sing! Colman’s talent, dedication, and commitment to storytelling continue to inspire and break barriers. With a shared vision and commitment to supporting the LGBTQ+ community, we’ve set bold goals to drive change and strengthen our mission. Happy New Year from Black Tie Dinner! As we begin 2025 with renewed focus and determination, we are excited to announce our 2025 Beneficiary applications are now open. We welcome applications from organizations that: ✔️ Hold current federal tax-exempt status as determined under Section 501(c)(3) by the IRS ✔️ A presence in North Texas and services provided in the area ✔️ Serve and support the LGBTQ+ community through their work This is an opportunity to partner with Black Tie Dinner in advancing equity and inclusion, and we encourage organizations that align with our mission to apply. Tonight at the Black Tie Dinner Wrap Party underwritten by Lexus, our Board of Directors announced a 2024 distribution of $1,452,000! Thanks to your generous support, we were able to support 22 LGBTQ+ organizations, the most in our 43-year history.
