I once read a book that said "You need to start preparing today for the opportunities of tomorrow" And to me that means I must continue to learn and improve. Earlier this year, I got a #linkedin premium scholarship by Black Sisters in STEM that gave me access to over 14,000 courses and other premium features. And I'm determined to make good use of that opportunity. If you are still at early stage of your career, my advise to you is: "Keep learning , keep improving... Someday you will get there" #Cybersecurity #Continouslearning #Knowledge #Infomationsecurity

Black women make up only 2.9% of all STEM jobs. Not because they aren’t brilliant, skilled, or hardworking, but because of systemic barriers that limit their access to funding, mentorship, and career opportunities. Too many talented Black women are left behind, not due to a lack of potential, but a lack of support. That is why Black Sisters in STEM is on a mission to bridge the gap. Through scholarships, career coaching, mentorship, and industry connections, we are creating pathways for Black women to thrive in tech, finance, and beyond. With the right support, Black women in STEM don’t just succeed—they innovate, lead, and revolutionize industries. But we can’t do it alone. Your contribution matters. Every dollar donated fuels opportunities for the next generation of Black women in STEM, ensuring they get the resources, networks, and support needed to break barriers and shatter ceilings. Let’s invest in their brilliance. Donate today and be part of the change. Donate here ?? https://lnkd.in/dg8aP4YA
