Black People English Club

43% of black college students do not speak English. Black youth aged 14 to 29 who are unemployed are almost twice as many as white youth. The challenges of black and brown youth include racism, lack of access to education and exclusionary criteria for selection processes in the labor marketAt the same time that organizations seek inclusion and diversity in their processes, they cannot give up the minimum command of the language in the employees' routine. The organization was created with the aim of reducing this distance between black candidates and large companies. The proposal is that they learn the foreign language together, feeling more at ease in an environment where they do not feel excluded and, after they are empowered, be able to participate and learn standing on an equal footing with any other candidate at this stage of the selection process.
