As the summer winds down, I wanted to take this opportunity to give an update on my summer experience. This summer, I had the pleasure of working at Black Pearl Global Investments as a venture capital summer analyst. During my eight weeks there, I participated in everything from LP sourcing to due diligence. My culminating project for Black Pearl was handling a startup's entire due diligence process and presenting my findings: insights about their supply chain, financial analysis, and detailed product review. This was a great introduction to the venture capital landscape, and I'm so thankful for it.
