?? Announcing the Mobile Crisis Accelerator Program (MCAP) ?? We are excited to launch MCAP, a groundbreaking initiative that will transform Indiana’s mental health crisis response system. The program offers grant funding, training, and technical assistance to Mobile Crisis Teams (MCTs), providing essential support to individuals in mental health and substance use crises directly in their communities. MCAP aims to build mobile crisis teams that: ? Provide on-site crisis intervention, ? Connect individuals to ongoing mental health and social services ? Reduce the need for ER visits and police intervention By strengthening MCTs across the state, we are creating a more compassionate and effective response to mental health crises. ??
