Job Opening!! Black Design Architecture is looking for an administrative assistant to work 30 hours per week, Monday-Thursday. Basic skills should include word, excel, and power point. Job description includes information gathering and processing of multi-state building permit applications/fees, uploading of files to municipal websites, variance applications, responses to city comments, data collection/research for new retail project requirements as well as other in-house needs for presentations, brochures, errands and supplies.
