“Elementary entrepreneurs†is how one mom, Emily, describes these little businesswomen. This summer, we partnered with two moms and their daughters to add cold brew and their own white-label roasted coffee to their lemonade stand. They empowered these girls to lead in phone conversations, meetings, and at their stand, despite all being under 12 years old! I truly believe that embarking on this journey into leadership and business at such a young age will positively shape these young women for the rest of their lives.
