LBA Realty debuted on the top 20 chart with over 28 MW total and more than 9 MW installed in just 2024. ? Maryland; California’s success has been driven by its high electricity rates, NEM programs, and LADWP’s Feed-in Tariff program, while NJ’s success has been driven by its strong SREC market with net metered and community solar programs, while MD’s success has been driven almost entirely by their community solar program. Across the country, the industrial market segment is also leading the pack in the onsite solar market. New markets and programs are constantly opening up and being tracked by our team at Black Bear and our channel partners.
