It's Election Day! You can check out BAJI's Ballot Proposal Voter Guide to stay informed.
Reproductive rights have become a key issue in the 2024 election cycle, and since the reversal of Roe v. Wade, we have heard dangerous rhetoric suggesting that letting the “states decide” is the best way to determine how to regulate abortion rights and reproductive care. Ten states have reproductive rights on the ballot - here are our recommended votes! #BAJI #Vote #BAJIonTheMove

It's Election Day, Florida! To stay informed, check out BAJI's Ballot Proposal Voter Guide.
Floridians vote YES on Amendment 3 which legalizes recreational use of marijuana and most importantly removes criminal penalties for simple possession. Amendment 4 is also a YES vote as it overturns Florida’s abortion ban, which outlaws abortion before many women even realize they are pregnant and provides no real exceptions for rape or the health of the patient.

California! Today's the day to get out and vote! To stay informed, check out BAJI's Ballot Proposal Voter Guide.
Californians be sure to vote YES on Prop 6 and vote No on Prop 36. If it passes Prop 6 would end mandatory work assignments in Californian prisons. Vote NO on Prop 36 as it is an investment in the mass incarceration system: more money for prisons, and expands some felony charges.

Hey Georgia, it's Election Day! To stay informed, check out BAJI's Ballot Proposal Voter Guide.
Georgians, our recommendation is that you vote NO on all three initiatives on your ballot. They each impact your property taxes, establish a tax court and if passed will disproportionately affect Black Georgians.
