Coach Servola Frazier, CEO, the founder of Motivate Enterprises LLC, turned her frustration into fuel for change after being repeatedly overlooked for promotions in her federal government career. Realizing she was undervalued, Servola launched her business to cultivate strong organizational cultures where individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered. "I decided to create a business where people like me could feel safe and valued in their work," says Servola. Her company is dedicated to building learning systems that empower organizations and communities to thrive. Recently, Servola became an Economic Recovery Corps Fellow and secured a 2.5-year contract to help breathe new life into the historic African-American corridor in Fort Lauderdale. Amplify Servola's work by sharing and reposting her story to your network. Our colleagues, friends, and co-conspirators are doing the work in Oregon.
"Blatino" ???? spreadsheet jockey, entrepreneur, author, recovering banker & VC, working tirelessly to support "underestimated" founders.
Wow, the last 3 days have been a joyful blur. I got spend them with Latino/Latina/Latinx/Latine leaders from across Oregon in Lincoln City talking about wealth building. This was The Oregon Community Foundation latest "Conexiones" event where almost 200 attended. Lisa Mensah Marcy Bradley Rocio Perez and the team at OCFput together an amazing event where we got to be curious, challenged & inspired by not only the work already happening but also by forces of nature like Maria Ramos Underwood Juan Carlos González Nicole Davison León Jonath Colon Tony DeFalco Marcelino Alvarez Yesenia Gallardo Avila Herbert Beauclere Julie P. Ernesto Fonseca, PhD Andres Lopez, Ph.D. Maribel De León Reyna Lopez Aldo Medina Martinez Ashley Espinoza Ruby Ramirez, MPP, MSW and others about the work that needs to be done. Shout out to the two special guests, poet Yosimar Reyes & CFDI champion Noel Andrés Poyo for their words and experiences. I can't wait to see where the community takes this conversation but it I know it means good things for us in Oregon.

Next week, I’m heading to Tokyo to speak at ZEBRAHOOD 2024, a social impact event bringing together zebra companies and practitioners to "create the next 100 years together." The topic I'll contribute to is love - a new direction for business. Check it out: https://lnkd.in/gthQ39wV I’ll be speaking on behalf of Zebras Unite as a Founding Member of the Co-Op and the visionary behind the Zebras Unite brand.?Learn about the zebra movement at https://zebrasunite.coop/. Did you know that in 2023, Japan’s Prime Minister Kishida and the Ministry of Economy explicitly included the zebra philosophy in its "Honebuto Plan," the economic growth strategy for the entire country. The concept of centering the wellbeing and prosperity of community alongside business success has always been embedded in Japanese culture, which is why the zebra way has taken root and blossomed so vigorously there. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gbp2As4d I have deep gratitude for Mara Zepeda Yoshitaka Tabuchi Zebras Unite Astrid Scholz Jennifer Brandel Aniyia L. Williams and many others for your continued vision, efforts, and love of this important movement. #purposedriven #entrepreneurs #zebracompany
