In less than a year, what is now dirt at Sunnyvale Middle School will become two new, two-story classroom buildings thanks to our flexible Folia building solution.? Developed in partnership with Quattrocchi Kwok Architects (QKA) and GPLA, Inc, these state-of-the-art buildings will replace outdated portable classrooms, providing students with light-filled, inspiring spaces to learn and collaborate. #BlachBuilds #BuildingFutures

We’re in the home stretch on our Anderson Hotel Apartments project for the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo (HASLO). Our project team is installing Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing and Fire systems and putting the final finishes in place on this five-story, 68-room affordable housing project in downtown SLO. #BlachBuilds

Built using Folia, our flexible, prefabricated and proprietary building solution, we were able to deliver adaptive learning environments, administrative offices and collaboration space to support a range of specialized programming in just ten months. #BlachBuilds

Our summer modernization project for Fremont Union High School District is making great progress. In just nine weeks, we are upgrading water and sewage systems at Lynbrook High School, installing 18,000 linear feet of site utilities before students return to school. Also taking great shape is wood framing on an existing science classroom renovation. #BlachBuilds
