BL Companies joins the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration NHTSA in celebrating #NationalPedestrainSafetyMonth. Our transportation engineers design and implement improved, ADA compliant routes so people can move safely throughout our cities, school zones, and residential communities. ???????????????????? ???????????? ?????????????? ?????????????????? – Town of Fairfield, CT – Stratfield Avenue. This project focused on enhancing pedestrian mobility and vehicular safety through universally accessible sidewalks, ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps, crosswalks, and improved streetscape elements. The design not only improved the safety and accessibility of key intersections but also fostered redevelopment, connecting important community hubs like a senior living facility, childcare center, Owen Fish Park, Montauk “Pocket” Park, and Sacred Heart University.
