BKM Capital Partners, a vertically integrated institutional fund manager, has executed a $50.7 million recapitalization of a Tigard Business Park, an eight-building multi-tenant industrial park in Tigard, OR. Join us in welcoming The Roadies Brewing Co. to their new space at Lionshead Landing in Vista, CA. The Roadies Brewing Co. is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Diane and Sean Hilz. Inside the brewery, you'll find a unique music-themed interior including guitars and stage setups, as well as a diverse lineup of beers, from lagers and IPAs to red ales and stouts. The brewery's name and theme is inspired by the Hilz's involvement in their daughter's high school color guard, where they and other parents acted as "Roadies" to support performances. Sean Hilz, Co-founder & COO, shed some light on their decision to lease this specific industrial space: "One of the biggest draws to this space was the fact that it was already an existing brewery." He also adds, "Having an ownership that knew it was already a brewery and welcomed us in made everything so much easier to come and choose this location."
