Lee County Mosquito Control District Building E Renovation? This project involved remodeling the Lee County Mosquito Control District's Building E Facility. We upgraded the structure to meet current codes, transforming a building originally constructed in the 1960s. The project was extensive, bringing the facility up to code while also focusing on energy efficiency, redeveloping all MEPs, and adhering to ADA requirements both internally and externally. It was a rewarding experience, and we would like to extend our gratitude to the architects, the entire staff of the Mosquito Control District, and especially our outstanding trade partners. If you would like to learn more about us or have a project for us to take a look at, please feel free to contact us. Talk Soon!

The Old-school Supers had it, Super 2.0 has it, & Super 3.0 will be remarkable, but not training Supers like our industry does today aint it. Success aint that! Success has always come from the basics, solid training, & experience. ??♂? ??♀? ? The old-school Supers that I grew up with were master builders who read drawings, planned visually, and built mockups with styrofoam and paper. They had experience and loyal teams. ?? ? What the industry is making today are good people who are worn out by being sent into situations they have not been trained for and it is hurting them. ?? ? Super 2.0 that is emerging now is good with tech, is well trained, cares for Trade Partners, and creates stability on their projects. ?? ? And Super 3.0 will be even better. That is when the 2.0 Supers know lean like the back of their hand, are masters at pre-con, have good experience, and have loyal teams and good interpersonal skills. This is going to be remarkable. ?? And this post is NOT about shaming. I am not shaming people. I am saying that all four groups have GOOD people that are amazing. It is how we train them that I am commenting on. If you would not send college graduates on a Navy Seal or Marine mission without training and expect them to win, then we must stop sending Supers directly from college without training to jobsites and expect them to care for our Trades and win on the project. It is just not done. To get Super 2.0 and then 3.0 we need to: ? Increase our training. ? Reinstate the position of field engineer. ? Learn lean and implement faster than we are. ? Learn respect for our people and our trades. ? Begin planning our projects and using the right systems. The choice is ours. What would you add? Love, Jason
