Chick-fil-A, the Atlanta-based fast-food chain famous for chicken sandwiches and being closed on Sundays, will open its second Loveland restaurant next week.

Real estate agent Jamie Globnik at Realtec’s Loveland office has listed the Snowy Peals Winery in at 292 Moraine Ave. in Estes Park for sale for $2.2 million.

Residents in Severance will get the chance in November to do away with a monthly transportation utility fee and approve in its place an extra 1% sales tax for goods purchased in town.

The cost to build Chimney Hollow Reservoir as a part of the Windy Gap Firming Project has grown and Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District is having to reach out to the 12 participating cities and organizations for an extra $65 million to complete the four-year project.

Krenning, the only attorney on the current council, has drawn continued fire from development and other business interests in Loveland since taking office.
