Keynote Speakers: Andrew Bartholomew Andrew is the?Founder and Managing Partner of Fulcrum Venture Group, launched in 2024 to connect private capital with entrepreneurs developing critical solutions for national security challenges. With extensive experience in both national security and finance, Andrew aims to drive innovation in the defense sector. Previously, he served as a Director at Fortress Investment Group, where he specialized in high-yield and distressed commercial real estate transactions. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in Evercore’s Transportation and Infrastructure M&A Advisory practice, honing his expertise in strategic financial advisory. Andrew’s career began as an enlisted Infantryman in the U.S. Marine Corps, with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. His unique blend of combat experience and financial expertise enables him to identify and support transformative technologies in defense. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University. James Dunlop James is an associate?attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, specializing in representing early-stage tech and biotech clients across the U.S. and Latin America. As a member of the firm’s Space and Artificial Intelligence practice groups, he provides strategic legal guidance to cutting-edge ventures in these fields.?A U.S. Air Force veteran, James served for eight years as a remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) pilot, flying the MQ-1, MQ-9, and RQ-170. He earned a B.S. in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and later obtained his law degree from UCLA. During his military and academic career, James lived in Latin America for several years, becoming fluent in Spanish. We had a great time partnering with ACG Los Angeles for the Casino Night Benefiting Veterans last week at the Jonathan Club in Downtown Los Angeles!
