Two months after Hurricane Helene, shelters in Western North Carolina are still overcapacity. BISSELL Pet Foundation's Animal Incident Management (AIM) team relocated over 700 pets to shelter and rescue partners nationwide, offering hope to those in need. But shelters need continued support.
