Breaking new ground in Weatherford! Last week, we officially?kicked off the construction of?a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery in Weatherford.?Located on Martin Road, just north of 20 and east of 171, this new facility will be the?first,?full-service USPI emergency care center?in this growing community. “I’m out here every day and it’s exciting to see how this will help people who live west of Fort Worth,"?says?superintendent?Cameron Warren.?"USPI is the largest ambulatory surgery platform in the country. Congratulations to?Adan Velazquez, who was recently promoted to Assistant Project Manager! ? Adan?started with Birch in 2021 as a preconstruction intern. Once he graduated college in 2022, he became a full-time estimator and helped our team win key projects, such as the Cacique Foods, LLC. headquarters in Las Colinas and the new BSL-1 laboratory for Fulgent Genetics. Last year,?Adan?moved to field operations and into a project engineer role where he helped lead projects for Southern Methodist University and Texas Health Resources. Now, as an APM,?Adan?will directly support the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of ground-up projects for Texas Eye and Cataract and United Surgical Partners International, Inc. ? We're thrilled to see his growth and congratulate him on his promotion!
