And I actually look for people that are doing the work... I spot the people that have a potential of being my next CFO 2 or 3 levels down. Because of the work they're doing. The work they're doing on themselves, the work they're doing to help others, the leadership qualities they show, the sacrifices they make... And I work on developing my direct reports because I do want someone to step into the seat after I am gone. But leadership can come from anywhere in the organization."     From a single drop of water to a tidal wave…. Graduation from the 15th Gestalt Institute of Cleveland Coaching Certification Program was Sunday, and I am still feeling the positive momentum.?It properly honored and closed our journey over the past 6 months and was so emotionally heartfelt that we stayed on well passed the end time continuing to offer appreciations. Our beautiful cohort has 22 participants from 4 countries, and within the US 13 different states.?While all started out as good coaches, I was truly in awe to “with”ness the growth and development, watching the wave grow taller and stronger as the months passed by. It was such an honor to be taught by a truly diverse group of 19 faculty members, including those who started the program in addition and the waves that followed, all talented, experienced, and passionate teachers. I am especially grateful to my OE sister and faculty member Christy Mihina, who supported me in making the final decision to join the program, and my faculty mentor Andrew Powell, whose gentle and intuitive guidance, feedback and suggestions have been invaluable. To my Solstice Sisters, Deborah Denome, Ursula Messina, and Solmaz Soleiamanloo, I love you and look forward to our connection next week. The wave continues to grow and benefit more and more coaches and clients daily, and I am so humbled and proud to be a part of this movement.
