Mr. Fitzgerald brings an extensive track record of executive leadership in the medical device contract manufacturing industry, having held CEO and senior executive leadership positions at Flexan, MRP Solutions, ITxM, Vesta, and Cardinal Health. His professional journey in the life sciences sector began at Baxter Health, where he developed a deep understanding of the industry’s evolving landscape. We are heartbroken by the passing of former Rep. Mia Love, a history-making leader whose resilience, service, and unwavering belief in the American dream left a lasting impact on Utah and beyond. The daughter of Haitian immigrants, she broke barriers as a City Council member, mayor, and the first Black Republican woman elected to Congress. Mia's life was a testament to the power of opportunity and the strength of community. She championed innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth, including efforts to support Utah’s life sciences sector. In her "Living Wish," she spoke of “the America I know”—a nation shaped by everyday people pursuing extraordinary things. Her legacy of hope, perseverance, and service will continue to inspire.
