Bionova Scientific looks forward to sharing our latest successes in de-risking and accelerating the pathway from late discovery to first-in-human trials. He doesn’t chase titles—he chases impact. Jesse’s path has been anything but linear. Starting as a scientist at University of Massachusetts Amherst, he grew into leadership roles at Lonza and Cytovance Biologics, helped take a company public in Hong Kong, and then founded Wheeler Bio, Inc., his own CDMO startup. Now, as CSO of Bionova Scientific, he is spearheading a >$100 million CDMO expansion, driving new plasmid technology, and shaping the future of gene therapy manufacturing. Through all these transitions, one thing has remained constant: his willingness to step outside his comfort zone.
