More than 270 participants poured their energy and creativity into crafting beautiful wooden toys and stop-motion animation theaters for our partner organizations in Spain: ?? Apadis, San Sebastián de los Reyes – Providing in-home support for families and children with developmental disorders. ?? Fundación A LA PAR – Supporting 46 mothers with intellectual disabilities and ensuring the healthy development of their children. The most rewarding part? Seeing the joy on the children’s faces as they played with toys made with love! A huge thank you to all participants for their dedication to making a difference in the lives of little ones. ??     ?? We are announcing today our 2024 Financial Results: ? Sales: Full year amount of €3,980 million, representing +10.3% organic growth, exceeding the 2024 guidance. ? Profitability: Contributive operating income (CEBIT) reached €673 million, up +20% and a CEBIT margin at 16.9% of sales, up +30bps vs 2023, at constant exchange rates and scope. ? 2025 Guidance: Sales are expected to grow by at least 7% and CEBIT to grow by at least +10%. ??     The bioMérieux Philippines teams continue to support #children in the Inayawan landfill slum in Cebu. ?? Recently, our amazing volunteers rolled up their sleeves to gather the necessary materials and repaint a #classroom that will soon welcome toddlers aged 1 to 5. They also took the opportunity to host engaging and fun activities with the children to spark their creativity. The incubation phase for season 4 of our InVENTURE program has officially begun! ?? Our participants worked hard during the kick-off event in Madrid, where they participated in training sessions filled with the tools and guidance needed to help them launch their intrapreneurial journey. We are proud to support intrapreneurship by empowering our talented teams who are inspired to change the game and improve public health. ? Since the launch the program in 2020, we have received 244 ideas from 360 team members, initiated 12 projects, and have 1 spinoff currently in development.
