BioLoomics is all about evolution...even our lab space. We were once one bench at CU Boulder, then in a founder's garage, then in two separate FLEX spaces. Along the way, we have collected the do's and don't for a successful lab design. We recently began building a new HQ in the West Flatiron Park where we will bring together our operation in a brand new state of the art lab. Special thanks to Patrick Brady, CCIM, Sharon Wilhelm, and Craig Lemle at Savills for helping us navigate the real estate ecosystem in Boulder, CO, to our very own Nicole Beach for managing and heading up this lab build out, and to our architect Ethan Hampton. This is the blank canvas today that will morph into a BSL1 and BSL2 antibody drug conjugate optimization lab:
