Bioconductor operates with two releases each year and has an active user community. It is also available as Docker images. The project is overseen by a Core team based primarily in Boston, with members from US and international institutions. We’re delighted to announce that abstract submissions are now open for the European Bioconductor Conference (EuroBioC2025), taking place September 17-19, 2025, in Barcelona, Spain ????. This event will bring together the Bioconductor community in Europe to advance bioinformatics, data science, and open-source software. Submission Types: - Short Talk: 10-minute talk followed by 5 minutes of questions, focused on a package, or on a research or technological question that motivates software development. Presentations seeking collaboration or input from the community are encouraged. - Workshop: 1 hour 45 minutes hands-on interactive workshop illustrating the use of a software package or workflow, where participants are expected to have the time and opportunity to follow along and perform analysis themselves. - Poster: To be showcased during a 1 hour 45 minutes poster session.
