On February 28th, we opened our newest Learning Lab at 250 Western Ave in Boston. This marks an exciting addition to the burgeoning science scene at Allston Labworks. This innovative space is designed to inspire and educate the next generation of scientists and bioengineers. By offering hands-on science experiences and cutting-edge resources, we bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the field of biotechnology. The BioBuilder Educational Foundation has had the privilege of seeing this region of TN fully commit to a bioeconomy strategy that integrates secondary and post secondary education, philanthropy, industry, and government. Yesterday, our incredible #BioBuilders here in Boston came out before a snowstorm to preview our new Learning Lab Allston Labworks - Boston and then team up for candlepin bowling (and *really* yummy pizza). Talk about #thankfulThursdays: we are so excited to share that K2 Scientific has donated a cold storage unit to the #BioBuilderClub at South Cobb High School, Austell GA. We could not be happier for the teachers and students at this school who can - at last! - replace the old dorm fridge they were using to store lab materials. In this season of giving, we are so grateful for the continued support of individuals, schools, and companies like K2 Scientific.
