Maxfield Hall at Rice University features a custom Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope? Reliance Cassette Curtain Wall System including alternating 2" and 6” mullions in bone white (interior) and brown (exterior) in the building’s two stairways. Installed by Binswanger Glass, each cassette uses 3M Structural Tape engineered to secure the Vitro Architectural Glass #Solarban 60 insulating glass units fabricated by Hard Glass.

The original Binswanger & Co. sign is still on display in Richmond, Virginia where it all started with a single glass store in 1872.
