I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily booming, but it’s still very strong. We have challenges — it’s very expensive to live here, and we have the affordable housing crisis. Last week, #BilzinSumberg Partner Lori Lustrin attended the 2026 Host Committee Innovation Space Makeover ribbon cutting ceremony for a redesigned, technology-rich, innovation space at Riviera Middle School. A Miami-Dade County Public School (M-DCPS), the new media center includes virtual reality headsets, a Makerspace area with robotics for hands-on learning, and new furniture in an open area where students can engage in creative group activities.
