Billington CyberSecurity promoted Troy Schneider to President. He will be the first President in the company’s history. In this role, he will have full operational responsibility for the company, which will allow Tom Billington, its Founder, CEO and Chairman, to focus on his mission to advance cybersecurity education. The company hired Schneider in 2024 as Executive Vice President and General Manager. Before Billington, Schneider worked as Editor at Large at GovExec. He is also a Fellow at the National Academy of Public Administration and President at TKS Strategies LLC. “Troy’s leadership and expertise have helped us enormously to meet our mission to protect our nation from cyber threats.
