MBA Candidate at MIT Sloan. I'm dedicated to improving economic mobility and equity, through quality jobs and employment pathways.
Thrilled to be joining the Farber Fellow community at REDF this summer! I’ll be working with Bikes Not Bombs in Boston on their bike shop business strategy. Bikes Not Bombs is an Employment Social Enterprise that trains and employs local youth leaders, with the mission of using the bicycle as a vehicle for social change to achieve economic mobility for Black and other marginalized people in Boston and the Global South. It’s been an honor to work with the team there. To all my Massachusetts friends — if you’re in Jamaica Plain this summer, please say hello! #REDFworks

This year is not only a hallmark 40th anniversary for Bikes Not Bombs—it's also a personal and professional milestone that I am thrilled to share with this amazing community. Seven years ago, to the day, I embarked on what would become one of the most fulfilling journeys of my life: steering Bikes Not Bombs as the Executive Director.
