City Church Georgetown's Big Give & Bike Build What a day of joy, generosity, and community spirit! City Church Georgetown, in partnership with Bikes for Goodness Sake and Cooper Elementary, hosted the?Big Give & Bike Build Event, bringing smiles and new adventures to 49 third and fourth-grade students. Bikes for Goodness Sake is proud to partner in the?James Wisniewski III Memorial Bike Build Event, honoring the incredible legacy of a young bike enthusiast whose kindness and adventurous spirit touched so many lives. On?Saturday, December 7, 2024, family and friends of James’ are coming together to build 31 bikes for deserving students at Aristoi Classical Academy in Katy, TX. This event is the first step toward an inspiring goal: donating?6,886 bikes?to children in need—the exact number of days James’ family was blessed to have him in their lives. With support from?TC Energy, this event will celebrate joy, adventure, and giving back—values James held close. We are thrilled to share a recent bike build event. This past Saturday, November 9, EF Academy Pasadena and EF Pro Cycling Teams hosted a day of service and community impact event featuring a 25-mile community ride with EF Education–EasyPost rider Neilson Powless and EF–Oatly–Cannondale rider Coryn Labecki. After the ride, EF Academy students and community volunteers will work together to assemble 25 youth bicycles. The bikes will be donated to the Pasadena Recreation Center to support local children and encourage active, healthy lifestyles.?
