We feel honored to have the opportunity to build a significant renovation to Evanston’s new City Hall which just kicked off this week.? ? Reuse is a top priority for this LEED Gold project, requiring a conscious effort to rework and recycle existing elements. The construction of a dias and a broadcast room ensures the city is engaged and connected with its constituents. One of the most important things when building a financial project? POWER.??? Considering that this project, Old Mission Capital, operates a 24-7 trading floor, special considerations are taken to ensure these traders are equipped with everything they need to work, from power to keep up with an 8-monitor screen setup to supplemental cooling to maintain it.
