Since our beginning in 1974, Big Sandy Health Care has been committed to offering comprehensive, quality health care close to home. Our homegrown team of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants offer primary care, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatric services. We take care of the whole patient by offering counseling from our caring staff of behavioral health therapists. Our friendly, experienced Optometrists will meet your vision needs at one of our on-site vision clinics, while our hometown Dentists will keep your teeth healthy at one of our on-site dental clinics. Each clinic also conveniently offers x-ray services, an on-site pharmacy, and a laboratory. No matter your health care needs, Big Sandy Health Care is here to take care of you and your family, close to home. Big Sandy Health Care, Inc. and its clinics are a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
