As a green organization we operate on Solar power. The Sugarbush is 100% solar powered and the evaporator is 100% renewable wood powered, which arguably is solar powered. We are doing our part to produce an organic farm product using the resources available on site.

The 2025 maple season is just around the corner, and Big Red's Maple Syrup is expanding! With 45 additional taps, we're increasing our capacity to bring you more of the pure, sweet syrup you love. Despite the recent cold snap potentially pushing the season's start a bit later than last year, our team is ready and excited.
